HISTORY/MARKET SUMMARIES. The option to search on [x] Sales of Used Aircraft Only has been added to the History and Market Summaries tabs. When this option is checked, only transactions on used aircraft will be searched. This complements the option [x] Sales of New Aircraft Only which searches for new from factory transactions. These are exclusive options to each other, they both cannot be checked at the same time.

Relationship to Aircraft Preference Setting. By default the selection for 'Relationship to Aircraft' has been set to 'All Owner(s)'. All Owner(s) refer to Owner/Fractional Owner/Program Holder/Co-Owner/Co-Owning Company. This setting also reflects what companies will be displayed on the listing screen after a search is done. On the Preferences page there is now a way to change this default setting. Start by checking [x] Company Demographics then click Get Criteria. When the Company Demographics criteria is displayed, select those 'Relationship to Aircraft' items you want. Now click the 'Preferences' button above the tab row. To enable this feature click the check box ' Enable Default Feature [x]' Your current default settings are listed along with the setting currently selected in the 'Relationship to Aircraft' pull down. Click the radio button for the one you want to set as default, then click the 'Save These Preferences' button at the bottom of the page. To change this setting, just repeat the process, select the references you want, check the proper radio button, click 'Save These Preferences'. When this feature is enabled, every time you login or click the 'Clear All' button the 'Relationship to Aircraft' listbox will be filled in with your selections.

6)	Please select the check box to the right, if you would like to enable your currently selected "Relationship to Aircraft" selection to be saved as YOUR default "Relationship to Aircraft" for aircraft searches. (Effects All Tabs)	Enable Default Feature

REPORT OPTION. The option to export all contacts for a company has been added to three reports. When this option is checked, all contacts for all companies listed will be exported.

AIRCRAFT SEARCH - FEATURE CODE. The feature code searching has been changed to allow an inclusion of those feature codes with an Unknown status. The radio buttons for Yes, No have been changed to check boxes for Yes, No, Unknown. Any combination of the three can be selected. If none are selected, that feature code search is ignored. The example below would find all aircraft where the Feature Code TAW equals Yes or Unknown.

MARKET SUMMARY DATE RANGE SEARCH. The following search feature has been added to the Market Summaries. Select the type of summary report you wanted, Monthly Quarterly or Yearly. Then select the Start Date of the report and the display range. Monthly data goes back to Oct/1989, Quarterly and Yearly reports go back to 1990.

AIRCRAFT REPORT. The following report has been added to the Aircraft Tab.
"Full Aircraft Record Blind Form w/SerNbr" . This report displays the full aircraft details for every aircraft in the search results without any company identifying information. This report does contain the Aircraft Serial and Registration Numbers.

Cost of Operations Export. The export option to Excel now supports all formulas required to re-calculate non edited (red) fields. This will allow you to make specific changes, such as fuel costs, hangar costs, insurance and have the formulas re-calculate the totals automatically.

MAKE and MODEL Pull Down Selection. This selection process has been re-worked to allow the saving of the selected criteria when making additional choices in the higher categories. You can now select, Jets, Citation, V, then go back and Ctrl-Click the Turbos, King Air, B200 and your original selection of the Citation V will remain. Remember to use the Ctrl-Click to save your criteria. A single click will still remove all selections for the new one.
In addition when multiple Makes have been selected a make abbreviation code will appear next to the model. This will help in identifying the difference between a Conquest II and a Citation II.

"Aircraft Comparison Report". This report will export aircraft information, in a side-by-side comparison using Excel. This report will process up to 50 aircraft records for comparison.

New Aircraft Upgrade Report. Evolution customers now have a great new report that shows the 5 top aircraft an End User is most likely to upgrade too. This static report, created monthly, will show all make/models and up to 5 aircraft, percentage of upgrades and for-sale percentages, at the time the report was created. This report is compiled monthly from all End User transactions. The link to this report can be found on the Market Summary Tab.

EMail Request Service. A new and exciting EMail Request Service has been created. The new service supports the need for information when you do not have access to your Evolution system or need information on Mobile devices such as a Blackberry, Palm Pilot or IPaq, even a cell phone with text based email can receive information now. If the device can receive email, it can now receive Evolution information.

Any active Evolution subscription can use this service. To activate this service, go to the preference page and enter your EMail Name, EMail Address and the format, HTML or TEXT, you prefer to receive your reports in. Most mobile devices use TEXT based email while Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook can receive HTML type emails. The information is the same between the two formats, however, HTML offers the use of color and better formatting techniques. In addition to format, certain fields are hyperlinked to help in requesting additional information. These reports have been specifically created to be viewed on small screened devices.

The system is very easy to use:

First Step: Enter your email name and email address into the preference page and save it. This must be the reply email address you send the request from. If the system can not match the reply email address with one attached to an active Evolution subscription, the request will not be processed.

Second Step: Send an email to request@jetnet.com with the request type entered in the subject of the email. Example: subject: sn:560-0001 This will request an aircraft record for serial number 560-0001 to be created and sent back to you. That's all there is to it.

There are six ( 6) report types plus two help files that may be requested. You can request information by Serial Number or Registration Number. There is a for-sale listing along with an airport listing. Performance and Cost of Operations information can also be requested.

You may override your default email format setting by entering the word HTML or TEXT in the body of the email. This will force the system to return the email using that type of output instead of your default email type.

City and Zip Code Searching.   These two search fields now support multiple entries and wildcards, separated by a comma.

Example:
To search for zip codes beginning in 135 and for a zip code 94705 you would enter. 135*,94705

To search for cities beginning with the word Las and for the city of Chicago you would enter
Las*,Chicago. This works for the Company city and zip code as well as the Airport Base city.

Company Tab/Search. The module has been completely reworked and new code put into place for faster access when clicking on the "Companies" tab. JETNET also reworked the existing Contact Title/Group that is available for use under the Aircraft and History tabs by checking Company Demographics and getting criteria selection located in the ADVANCED CRITERIA selection. The Contact Title/Group is on the main screen of the Companies module.

We have developed a Contact Title Group and affiliated the contact title with each group. You have the option of selecting All Admininistration, Finance, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Miscellaneous, Sales and Marketing. The titles of each person who is part of the selected group will be highlighted. You can select more than one group by using the Ctrl-Click or you can unselect any title using the same method.

COMPANY SEARCH FLEET OWNERSHIP. You now have the ability to search company records based on fleet ownership, number of aircraft a company operates, has shares in or total fractional ownership. The Companies tab now has a field called Fleet (Owner/Operator). Example: To find the companies that Owned more than 10 aircraft. Using the "Selection" list box, select "'Owner", then the "Condition" list box select "Greater Than" and finally in the value field enter 10. The search results will give you all Company records where that company owns more than 10 aircraft.

The Fractional Search counts are based on total percentage owned. What that means is if a company owns 2 fractions one at 6.25% and one at 12% they have a total of 18.25% of an aircraft. If you search for Fractional Owner equal to 1 you are asking for any company where their fractions add up to a total of 100% of an aircraft. You can ask for companies that own a total of 50% or less of an aircraft by using the between .01:.50 The value field will accept decimal values. Notice I used the between rather than the less than. Less than .50 would include those companies owning zero percent.

AIRCRAFT SEARCH ALT-SER-NBR. The Aircraft serial number search now includes both the current serial number and the alternate serial number field. Example: Searching for serial number 550-0270 will find the aircraft 551-0313 because the alternate serial number for that aircraft is 550-0270. This will help you to find aircraft that have had a serial number change and you are still trying to reference the old serial number.

BULLETIN BOARD. A link to the bulletin board page has been added right above the Aircraft Tab. The current date of the Bulletin Board page is also displayed. The JETNET Bulletin Board is a free service allowing members of the JETNET Network to communicate amongst each other. Entries remain on the program for at least 30 business days. AIRCRAFT REPORT. The following report has been added to the Aircraft Tab.
"Aircraft Company Fractional Information". This report will export basic aircraft information, including company and contact. It will also export fraction purchase date, expiration date, percent of fraction owned and the Program Manager. This report can be exported to Excel, ASCii (Comma and Tab Delimited) formats.

AIRCRAFT SEARCH PREVIOUSLY OWNED. You now have the ability to search JETNET's data based on the status of an aircraft being Previously Owned. The industry definition of "Previously Owned" is defined as an aircraft that has had more than one owner. If the aircraft is NOT "Previously Owned", it is still with the original purchaser when it was sold from the manufacturer. Therefore, the owner is considered the original owner for as long as they retain ownership of that aircraft. Length of ownership is not taken into account in setting this status.

HISTORY/EVENT REPORT. The following report has been added to the History and Event Tabs. "Aircraft Seller/Purchaser Report". This report can be exported to Excel, ASCii (Comma and Tab Delimited) formats. It contains Aircraft, Seller and Purchaser information. From the Events tab the event must be related to a transaction. Example: A change in asking price is NOT related to a transaction so this report would skip over that event when exporting.

This report will display the top two sections of the aircraft details page, consisting of only the aircraft identifying information and the Company/Contact information. All information is based on the current aircraft record. The report is available in HTML only.
"Condensed Aircraft Listing Blind Form". This report will display a single line Condensed Listing without any identifying information. If multiple make/models have been selected they will be grouped by make/model. The report is available in HTML and Excel formats.

CHANGE TO REPORTS. The two fields, "Fractional Date Purchased" and "Percentage Owned" have been added to the following two reports. These fields will contain data if the aircraft is fractionally owned.

Sale Pending to Immediate is generated when the status of the aircraft goes from Sale Pending back to Immediate. This indicates that a "Sale" is no longer pending and the aircraft is again immediately "For Sale".
