1.) go to Start
a.) Setting's
b.) Control Panel
2.) Choose Windows Firewall.
a.) Turn off the firewall.
3.) Close "Windows Firewall"
4.) Close Control Panel
Go to www.jetnet.com\jetnetweb\
5.) Login to Evolution
6.) You will be brought to a page that looks like this.
Choose to Install ActiveX Control (see image below)
This will bring up the following dialog box.
Choose more options.
Select to Always Install Software from "JETNET LLC."
Click Install
You can now safely turn your Firewall back on.
