2020 Keynote Speaker

John G. Rosanvallon
Special Senior Advisor to the Chairman & CEO of Dassault Aviation

John G. Rosanvallon, Former CEO and current Special Senior Advisor to the Chairman & CEO of Dassault Aviation, will be Keynote Speaker at our 2020 10th Anniversary JETNET iQ Global Business Aviation Summit. His talk will be about his 45-year career in business aviation and on the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

In a career spanning 45 years, Mr. Rosanvallon has been devoted to the worldwide development of business aviation. He joined Dassault Aviation in 1975, moved to the United States as Assistant to the President of Falcon Jet in 1979, and was later promoted to Vice President of Finance. In 1984, Rosanvallon returned to Paris as Executive Vice President of Sogitec, a Dassault Aviation subsidiary, and in 1989 rejoined the Falcon Jet business in Paris as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1995, he returned to the U.S. as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and in 1996 was named President of Dassault Falcon Jet, located in Teterboro, New Jersey. In parallel, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Civil Aircraft of Dassault Aviation, and in 2003, he became CEO of Dassault Falcon Jet and Executive Vice President, Civil Aircraft of Dassault Aviation, with oversight of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. He is currently a Senior Advisor at Dassault Falcon Jet.

John Rosanvallon is on the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA, where he served as 2011 Chairman), the Corporate Angel Network, and the French-American Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Advisory Council of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and the Board of Trustees of the Wings Club of New York and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Rosanvallon received the "Lifetime Aviation Industry Leader Award" at the Living Legends of Aviation Awards, and is a recipient of the French Legion of Honor and the French National Order of Merit.
