    JETNET Sub-Processors

    Effective: September 30, 2025

    Use of JETNET Sub-processors

    JETNET, L.L.C. (“JETNET”) uses certain third-party entities (each, a “Sub-processor”) to assist it in providing our services as described in the Terms of Use. Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use.

    A Sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by JETNET who has or potentially will have access to or process Client Data (which may contain Personal Data). JETNET engages different types of Sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below.

    A Customer can object in writing to the processing of its Personal Data by a new Sub-processor within five (5) days after the notification of an update to this list, describing the Customer’s legitimate reasons to object. If the Customer does not object during that time period, the new Sub-processor(s) shall be deemed accepted.

    JETNET Notification Process

    JETNET and our affiliates are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection, privacy, and security and using commercially reasonable selection processes by which we evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed Sub-processors that will or may have access to, or process, Service Data. JETNET requires its Sub-processors to satisfy substantially equivalent obligations as those required from JETNET (as a Data Processor) as set forth in JETNET’s Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).

    We are committed to notifying our Customers of any significant changes to our Sub-processor relationships and encouraging them to monitor and review our Sub-processors page. If we engage a new Sub-processor or make changes to our existing Sub-processors, we will update our Sub-processor list not less than 30 days ahead of the changes.
