JETNET Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to JETNET L.L.C, including its subsidiary entities and affiliated services and describes how and why we access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”) and our official communication and community platforms, including but not limited to any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice, the support systems, social community tools such as Discord and Discourse forums maintained or moderated by us, and any other engagements including sales, marketing, and events.

This notice aligns with the privacy frameworks of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other frameworks and laws, as applicable.

Who We Are

Your personal information is collected by JETNET, L.L.C., headquartered in the United States and WingX Advance GmbH headquartered in Germany. This notice also applies to our JETNET Products, operated under our data governance and compliance practices.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit one of our websites (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Changes to the privacy notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review the Notice periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

Please note that while we operate official community spaces on platforms like Discord and Discourse, these platforms may also collect and process your data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms and settings as well.

Children

While our website is designed for a general audience, we will not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 or sell products to children. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register an account, use or submit your data to the website.

If we discover that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will suspend the associated account and remove that information from our database as soon as possible.

How We Collect Your Information

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including but not limited to Direct Interactions, Public or Government Sources, Automated Technologies, or Analytics and Advertising.

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your information changes during your relationship with us.

Information We Collect About You

We may collect personal data including:

  • Identity Data (e.g., name, username)
  • Contact Data (e.g., email, phone, address)
  • Technical Data (e.g., IP address, browser type, server or usage logs)
  • Financial Data (e.g., bank account details for customer agreements)
  • Usage Data (e.g., site interactions)

  • Community Interactions (e.g., via our official Discord or Discourse platforms)
  • Payment Data (handled by Shopify)

We also collect aggregated data which is not considered personal unless it can identify you.

Note: Business contact information may not be considered personal data unless combined with other identifying information.

If you fail to provide personal information

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

You may give us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms, purchasing services, or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

Information from Public or Government Sources

Automated Technologies and Interactions

As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels), server logs and other similar technologies.

Analytics and Advertising

In some situations, we also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). In reference to GDPR, EU/UK personal data may be transferred securely outside the EU/UK with adequate safeguards.
