This Privacy Notice applies to JETNET L.L.C, including its subsidiary entities and affiliated services and describes how and why we access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”) and our official communication and community platforms, including but not limited to any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice, the support systems, social community tools such as Discord and Discourse forums maintained or moderated by us, and any other engagements including sales, marketing, and events.

Your personal information is collected by JETNET, L.L.C., headquartered in the United States and WingX Advance GmbH headquartered in Germany. This notice also applies to our JETNET Products, operated under our data governance and compliance practices.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit one of our websites (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Changes to the privacy notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review the Notice periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

Please note that while we operate official community spaces on platforms like Discord and Discourse, these platforms may also collect and process your data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms and settings as well.

Children

While our website is designed for a general audience, we will not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 or sell products to children. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register an account, use or submit your data to the website.

If we discover that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will suspend the associated account and remove that information from our database as soon as possible.

Information We Collect About You
